T-bolt standards are an important guide for us to purchase T-bolts, so understanding T-bolt standards is very helpful for consumers when purchasing. Let's take a closer look at the T-bolt standard.

The national standard for T-bolts stipulates the thread specifications and grades, as well as product grades and usage range. These indicators play a very important role in the performance and use of T-bolts.

The T-bolt standard GB/T37-88 stipulates that the thread specifications of T-bolts are M5~M48, Class B T-bolts, which constitutes the basic standard for T-bolts.

At the same time, according to current standards (such as GB/T196, GB/T3106, GB/T3098.1, GB/T3198.6 and GB/T3103.1), other technical requirements and performance levels can also be formulated to adapt to different needs and use.

According to the standard, the thread specifications of T-bolts are wider, between M1.6~M64, and the performance levels include 5.6, 8.8, 9.8, 10.9, A2-70, A4-70, A2-50, A4- 50, CU2, CU3 and AL4 levels.

The product grades of T-bolts are divided into two grades, A and B. Grade A is suitable for bolts with a diameter of 1.6~24mm and a length of less than or equal to 10d or less than or equal to 150mm (according to the smaller value), while grade B is suitable for bolts with a diameter of 1.6~24mm and a length of less than or equal to 10d or less than or equal to 150mm (according to the smaller value). Bolts larger than 24mm or longer than 150mm (according to the smaller value).

Therefore, when we purchase T-bolts, we need to choose the appropriate thread specifications, grades and product grades based on specific usage conditions and requirements.

In general, T-bolt standards are important indicators for the production and sales of T-bolts. For consumers, understanding these standards can help us better purchase T-bolts that suit our needs and ensure product quality and Effect.
