Cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire is made from ordinary carbon steel hot-rolled coils with a diameter of 6.5 or 8 mm, which are drawn into round steel wires with a diameter of 3, 4, or 5 mm at room temperature through a drawing die. The cold drawing process causes work hardening, thereby increasing its strength. Cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire is divided into two grades: Grade A and Grade B. Grade A wire is mainly used as prestressed steel in small prestressed concrete components, while Grade B wire is generally used for welded or bound frameworks, mesh panels, or stirrups.

We adopt the high purity nitrogen protection method, which can do the quick heat conduction,even heating and high productivity .After annealing, the hardness and tensile strength are steady,organization spheroidizing rate is high and grain size is uniform and without oxidation and decarburization,the surface of wire is smooth.
We use the phosphoric acid and soap lubricant from Taiwan. In the production line, we use the timer to control the soaking time of each pharmaceutical pool.
