Product Introduction:

CH1T is a kind of alloy structural steel, which has suitable hardenability, and after suitable metal heat treatment, the microstructure is homogeneous sohnite, bainite or very fine pearlite, and thus has high tensile strength and flexural strength ratio (generally around 0.85), high toughness and fatigue strength, and low toughness-brittle transition temperature. CH1T steel grade is mainly used for the manufacture of machine parts with large cross-sectional dimensions, such as automotive precision electronics, sanitary ware, nuclear power, edible machinery and other areas of parts. Its carbon content is generally about 0.25% to 0.55%, for a given cross-section size of the structural parts, in the tempering treatment (quenching and tempering), if along the cross-section of the quenched, then the mechanical properties are good.CH1T steel grades are also suitable for the manufacture of surface hard wear-resistant and the heart of the parts of the flexible, such as gears, shafts and so on.

Technical Parameters

CH1T is a low carbon steel for carbon content of less than 0.25 per cent of carbon steel, because of its low strength, low hardness and soft, so also known as soft steel. It includes most of the ordinary carbon structural steel and a portion of high-quality carbon structural steel, most of which is not heat-treated for engineering structural parts, some by carburisation and other heat treatment for the requirements of wear-resistant mechanical parts. Low carbon steel annealed organisation for ferrite and a small amount of pearlite, its strength and hardness is low, plasticity and toughness is good. Therefore, its cold forming is good, can be used to crimp, bending, stamping and other methods of cold forming. This steel also has good weldability, low hardness, good plasticity, easy to use cold plastic deformation moulding process, welding and cutting, commonly used in the manufacture of chains, rivets, bolts, shafts and so on.

We have advanced inspection equipments so that to carry things out strictly according to the IQC,IPQC and OQC process. Also, our technical staff will record all data of mechanical properties for the finished wire and make quality guarantee certificate to customers. We adopt the high purity nitrogen protection method, which can do the quick heat conduction,even heating and high productivity .After annealing, the hardness and tensile strength are steady,organization spheroidizing rate is high and grain size is uniform and without oxidation and decarburization,the surface of wire is smooth.

We use the phosphoric acid and soap lubricant from Taiwan. In the production line, we use the timer to control the soaking time of each pharmaceutical pool.
