• Precise Raw Material Control

  Strict incoming inspection and material verification are carried out to control chemical composition and material consistency from the source. Stable and reliable raw materials provide a solid foundation for subsequent drawing, heat treatment and cold forming processes.

• Precision Drawing — From 0.5 mm to 42 mm

  With professional drawing equipment covering ultra-fine wire to large-diameter wire, Aotian is capable of producing cold heading steel wire from 0.5 mm to 42.0 mm. Optimized multi-pass drawing processes and precise process control ensure stable dimensional tolerances, consistent mechanical properties and reliable surface quality, meeting the requirements of both precision fasteners and heavy-duty cold formed components.

  Advanced Surface Treatment

  Aotian operates an automated pickling, phosphating and saponification production line, with automatic control of key process parameters to ensure consistent surface treatment quality from batch to batch. We adopt a premium Chemetall phosphating and saponification system to provide excellent lubrication and stable coating performance for cold heading and cold forming.
  For applications with higher requirements for forming performance, surface cleanliness and environmental compliance, eco-friendly polymer-based surface treatment solutions are also available. These solutions reduce chemical consumption, improve process stability, and further enhance lubrication consistency and cold forming reliability.

  Controlled Spheroidizing Annealing

  Professional spheroidizing annealing equipment, combined with controlled atmosphere technology, provides stable and uniform heat treatment conditions. The process is equipped with monitoring and alarm systems, enabling key parameters to be monitored throughout production and making the heat treatment process visible, controllable and traceable. Stable spheroidization, uniform microstructure and controlled mechanical properties significantly improve wire ductility and cold forgeability, helping reduce the risk of cracking during demanding cold heading operations.

  To ensure product safety during transportation and handling, Aotian provides customized high-toughness packaging solutions based on product specifications and customer requirements. Reinforced packaging structures and protective materials are used to effectively prevent deformation, surface damage and moisture impact during long-distance transportation, ensuring that products arrive in stable and ready-to-use condition.
