In the daily production and drawing of stainless steel wire, Cl series and F series resins dissolve, and dissolve and volatilize after coating. In the rainy season with high temperature and humidity, Cl-based and F-based resin coatings with extreme pressure resistance and lubricity are non-hygroscopic. In addition, Cl-based solvents will volatilize, destroy the ozone layer in the atmosphere, and pollute water sources underground.

Originally, hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid were used to treat the pickling oxide scale, and the pickling was switched to the sulfuric acid cleaning method, which reduced the amount of hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid, and waste acid. It reduces the discharge of F and N ions that have a great impact on the atmosphere and water quality. At the same time, the nitrogen ions in the waste acid are treated with microorganisms, and the fluoride ions are treated with permeable membranes, so that the acid can meet the discharge standards.

The gas heat treatment furnace is more efficient. In order to efficiently recover waste heat, preheat recovery burners have been installed and used in all heat treatment furnaces to double the energy utilization rate.

Strengthen compressed air management. In order to completely prevent air leakage, the centralized air supply is used to reduce the air compressor, and the circulator is used for output power management to reduce power consumption.

The lighting is efficient, and the high-efficiency reflective plate mercury lamp is used to improve the lighting efficiency.

For other chemical substances used in production, the use of lower limits is adopted, strictly managed, and they are constantly replaced with equivalent products that have little impact on the environment.
