3. According to the environment and conditions of corrosion, it can be divided into atmospheric corrosion, industrial water corrosion, soil corrosion acid, alkali, salt corrosion, sea water corrosion, high temperature corrosion (including liquid metal, molten salt, gas corrosion), etc.
Finished stainless steel wire is generally finished in the process of polishing when it is produced, as long as a small amount of finished products such as water heaters, drinking fountains, etc. do not need to be polished. Therefore, this requires that the polishing function of the material is very good. The important factors that affect the polishing function are as follows:
①Defects in appearance of materials. Such as scratches, pitting, pickling, etc.
②Materials and materials censorship questions. If the hardness is too low, it is not easy to polish during polishing (the BQ property is not good), and the hardness is too low, and the appearance is easy to show orange peel signs during deep drawing, thereby affecting the BQ property. BQ with high hardness is absolutely good.
③In the deep-drawn Diqing stainless steel wire finished product, small spots and RIDGING will appear on the surface of the area with a large amount of deformation, which will affect the BQ performance.
