According to estimates, the successful application of automatic sealing and gluing technology can improve work efficiency by more than 50% and save more than 30% of glue materials, allowing domestic civil aircraft assembly to achieve high efficiency and low cost.

      Xu Hong, general manager of Xinghang Aviation, told the reporter that the automatic sealing and gluing machine for aircraft fasteners has the functions of automatic positioning, automatic mould picking, automatic feeding and automatic gluing, etc. It can be widely used in the sealing and gluing of beams, frames, fuselage wall panels, wing wall panels and other fasteners of large transport aircraft, and it has won the unanimous praise of the users during the on-site test. The success of the trial production of the product highlights the strength of Shaanxi aviation manufacturing industry.
