According to this estimate, the national daily output of crude steel is 2.486,700 tons, down 2.77% from the previous month, the daily output of pig iron is 2.143,900 tons, down 1.37% from the previous month, and the daily output of steel is 3.333,500 tons, down 3.28% from the previous month. At the end of early March 2024, the steel inventory of iron and steel enterprises was about 19.523900 million tons, an increase of 1.504 million tons or 8.35% over the previous ten days (that is, late February); An increase of 3.392 million tons or 21.03% over the same period of the previous month; An increase of 1.82 million tons, or 10.28%, over the same period last year; Over the same period of the previous year, an increase of 2.842 million tons, an increase of 17.04%.
