Chinese producer/exporter Benxi Yinlong Prestressed Materials Co., Ltd. is $124.33 / ton、Global Overseas Group Co.,Ltd., Tianjin Huashi International Trading Co., LTD., Tianjin Shengte Prestressed Steel Strand Co., LTD., and other exporters are all at US $563.77 / ton.
The products in question are cold-drawn and hardened high-strength, circular section, smooth surface or fluted low-relaxation or ordinary relaxed high-carbon steel wires, Mercosur customs code 7217.10.19 and 7217.10.90. This resolution shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.
