At the customer's factory and warehouse, both teams systematically reviewed dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and performance consistency for cold heading wire and fasteners. The results confirmed stable performance and full compliance with specifications, earning strong recognition from the customer.
Building on this, the teams held face-to-face technical and commercial discussions for the next order-clarifying specifications (grades/diameters/strength levels), surface treatment and lubrication requirements, batch delivery plan, quality control checkpoints, packaging/labeling, and after-sales support. A target delivery timeline was confirmed on site. The visit was efficient and pragmatic, further reinforcing mutual trust and supporting long-term growth in Europe.
