(1) Zinc slag is mainly formed by the reaction of iron, and the major source of iron in the zinc liquid is the iron powder on the surface of the strip steel. It is necessary to maximize the cleaning effect of the migration and completely remove the surface of the iron wire. Of debris.
(2) The temperature of the zinc pot should be strictly controlled, not exceeding 4700C, and the fluctuation of the temperature of the zinc liquid should be controlled as small as possible.
(3) The temperature at which the iron wire enters the zinc pot should be strictly controlled. If the temperature of the iron wire exceeds 200C or more of the zinc liquid, the amount of zinc dross generated will increase.
(4) Strictly control the aluminum content of zinc liquid. Too low aluminum content will increase the amount of iron dissolved in the zinc liquid on the surface of the iron wire, and the total number of zinc dross will increase, and bottom dross will also be produced. Too high aluminum content will reduce the solubility of iron in the zinc solution and increase the precipitation of zinc dross. At the same time, aluminum itself is easy to oxidize and form scum. Reduce the fluctuation of the aluminum content in the zinc liquid, and the fluctuation of the aluminum content will also promote the generation of zinc dross.
