The zinc agent for dipping before hot-dip galvanizing of steel wire is to make the iron matrix on the surface of the steel wire react with the zinc solution in a short time during the hot-dip galvanizing to form an iron-zinc alloy layer.

1. Clean the surface of the steel wire, remove some ferrous salts and other stolen goods on the surface of the steel wire after pickling;

2. Purify the liquid zinc at the place where the steel wire is immersed in the zinc liquid, so that the steel wire and the liquid zinc can quickly infiltrate and react;

3. Deposit a layer of salt film on the surface of the steel wire, which can isolate the surface of the steel wire from the air and prevent secondary micro-oxidation;

4. When the solvent is heated and decomposed, the surface of the steel wire has an active effect and wetting ability, so that the zinc liquid can be well attached to the steel wire matrix, and the alloying process can be carried out smoothly;

5. When the steel wire coated with the solvent encounters the zinc liquid, the air wave generated by the solvent vaporization plays a role in clearing the zinc oxide, aluminum hydroxide and carbon black particles on the zinc liquid.
