Methods for removing sliding screws and processes for processing copper screws and aluminum screws
Processed copper screws and aluminum screws have excellent electrical conductivity and heat dissipation, so they are widely used in the power industry, home appliances, lighting and other industries.
First of all, the process principle of processing copper screws and aluminum screws is similar to that of processing steel screws. The main step is to purchase copper wire or aluminum wire according to the confirmed order. Do not hoard materials when there is no order to avoid wasting copper and aluminum. In addition, when processing aluminum wire and copper wire, you need to pay attention to the fact that copper and aluminum are very soft, and aluminum chips and copper chips can easily adhere to the mold cavity, causing scratches on the finished product. In order to reduce the mold sticking phenomenon, it is best to store aluminum materials for a period of time to allow an oxide film to form on the surface.
In addition, solid or powdery lubricants can be sprayed on the aluminum surface during the production process to minimize mold sticking. But no matter how hard we try, it is impossible to completely avoid mold sticking. Therefore, manual observation is required during the production process. Once mold sticking occurs, the machine must be shut down immediately to remove aluminum chips before production begins.
Next is how to remove the slide screw:
If the screw slips, place a piece of cloth on the screw head and hold the screw head with a screwdriver to rotate it. This increases the friction between the screwdriver and the screw and prevents the screw from slipping during rotation.
If the screw slippage is not serious, you can insert a screwdriver into the groove of the screw and try to rotate the screw again. If it cannot be rotated, you can use a cutter or other tool to cut a deeper straight groove on the surface of the screw head, and then use a flat screwdriver to rotate and remove the screw.
If the screw head is thick, you can use a wrench to hold the screw head and remove it. Or you can use glue to secure the nut to the screw, then use a wrench to turn the nut to remove the screw.
For sliding screws, you can use a screw extractor to remove the sliding screws according to the instructions.
Note: This article only briefly introduces the process of processing copper screws and aluminum screws and the method of removing sliding screws, and cannot cover all the details. In actual operation, please follow relevant process specifications and consult professionals for advice.
