Introduction:

Metallographic sample polishing machine is a machine for polishing samples, which is composed of basic components such as base, throw plate, polishing fabric, polishing cover and cover.

The motor is fixed on the base, and the cone sleeve for fixing the throwing disc is connected to the motor shaft by screws. The polished fabric is fastened to the cast disc. After the motor is powered on and started by a switch on the base, the sample can be polished on the rotating polishing disc by applying pressure to it by hand. The polishing liquid added during the polishing process can flow into a square tray placed next to the polishing machine through a drain pipe in a plastic tray fixed on the base. Polishing cover and cover can prevent dust and other debris from falling on the polishing fabric when the machine is not in use and affect the use effect.

Metallographic sample polishing machine:

The mechanical properties of metal materials are not only related to its chemical composition, but also have a close relationship with its organizational structure. Understanding the relationship between them and mastering the law of change between them, to carry out correct metallographic analysis is necessary for effective use of materials. To perform metallographic analysis, it is necessary to prepare samples that can be used for microscopic observation inspection - metallographic samples. Typically, metallographic sample preparation is performed in the following steps: sampling, setting, polishing (coarse and fine grinding) and polishing.Every operation must be carried out with strict care because mistakes at any stage can affect subsequent steps, and in extreme cases, incorrect production can result in false organization, leading to false conclusions.Metallographic sample preparation is completed by cutting machine, Mosaic machine, grinding/polishing machine, the final quality of metallographic sample is determined by the polishing process, polishing is a crucial part of the metallographic sample preparation process. Polishing is the final process of removing the wear marks and deformation layers produced by grinding on the sample to make it a smooth mirror. Polishing sample methods include mechanical polishing, electrolytic polishing, chemical polishing and composite polishing.Mechanical polishing is the most widely used polishing method at this stage, and its correct process and operation method is to have the highest polishing rate under the condition of ensuring high-quality samples and other conditions (such as edge retention and graphite and inclusion retention, etc.). Select a metallotype sample polishing machine with high reliability, which can improve sample preparation efficiency and quality, reduce sample scrap rate, and thus reduce costs. Improve economic efficiency and obtain high consistency of sample quality.
