Introduction to eye screws
The eye screws are forged as a whole, and have been normalized and removed from scale; the forgings have no overburning or crack defects; the eye screws have been uniformly tested for hardness, and the hardness value is HRB67~95. The strength level of Liguan lifting eye screws is 12.9.
The eye screws must be installed vertically on the plane of the workpiece, and the joint surface must be flat and the joint must be tight. It must be adjusted to the stretching direction, and the screw must avoid contact with sharp objects.
The test load passed by lifting eye screws is 2.5 times the working load, and 20,000 fatigue tests are conducted at 1.5 times the working load. Eye screws must meet or exceed the requirements of the ASME B30.26 standard. Eye screws are produced from alloy steel with high reference to the German RUD WBG type. This product is exported to Europe and the United States in large quantities and has passed the local G80 standard inspection. Better material, higher tensile strength than existing domestic lifting eye screws, and a tensile strength test report is provided. The lifting eye screws must be operated by professionals and please refer to the instructions for use. When connecting to the spreader, the connection between the spreader and the lifting eye should be kept free to rotate. Professionals should conduct regular safety inspections. The maximum working load can reach 30T, and inch threads can be customized.
Usage of lifting eye screws
Eye screw products are widely used in ports, electric power, steel, shipbuilding, petrochemical industry, mining, railways, construction, metallurgy and chemical industry, automobile manufacturing, plastic machinery, industrial control, highways, large transportation, pipeline auxiliary equipment, slope tunnels, and shafts Mechanical equipment for important industries such as management protection, maritime rescue, marine engineering, airport construction, bridges, aviation, aerospace, venues, and infrastructure projects.Introduction to eye screws
