Installation method of through-wall screws:
  1. First, hoist the Yin and Yang angle molds to the work site and put them in place.
  2. Lift the formwork to the installation location in order according to the order of installation of horizontal walls first and then longitudinal walls. According to the number (large formwork should be numbered and there is an assembly plan on site), use a crowbar to adjust the formwork in place according to the wall line. Install the wall screws, adjust the formwork and anchor screws symmetrically, use a magnetic wire pendant to use the form support auxiliary line to adjust the verticality of the formwork, and adjust the upper opening of the formwork with a wire, and then tighten the anchor screws and wall screws.
  3. Install the exterior wall formwork: Place the formwork on the metal triangular platform frame, put the formwork in place, and tighten and correct the wall screws. Pay attention to that the connection at the construction joint must be tight, strong and reliable to prevent misalignment and slurry leakage.
 4. Check whether the joints between the corner formwork and the wall formwork, and between the corner formwork and the wall formwork are tight. If they are not tight, use foam sponge to fill the gaps to make them tight to prevent slurry leakage, misalignment and other phenomena.
5. Before setting up the formwork in the elevator shaft, the working platform should be hoisted into the elevator shaft. The primary and secondary keels and steel legs of the working platform should be made of 10# channel steel. The distance between the keels should be <600mm and welded and fixed, and then covered with 5cm thick wood. After the platform is in place, adjust the four corners to make the platform horizontal.
 6. Lift into the cylinder mold, open the mold according to the axis, correct the verticality, and tighten the wall screws.
 7. After all formwork installation and adjustment are completed, pre-inspection and acceptance of the formwork project can be carried out before concrete can be poured.
 8. The triangular supports of large formwork should be symmetrically distributed on both sides of the formwork.
9. The connection between the large formwork should be no less than five through-wall screws; the connection between the external corner formwork and the large formwork should be no less than five screws; the internal angle formwork is equilateral and should be connected to the large formwork with no less than three diagonal ties. Non-equilateral molds should be connected with large formwork screws, no less than five on each side.
 10. At the connection between the yin and yang angle formwork and the large formwork, in order to prevent the concrete from being staggered, steel bars should be added to the tongues and grooves in the formwork.
