1. Steel plane abrasive belt drawing process

Flat-pressed wire drawing is a very common wire drawing method. The workpiece is fixed on the mold, and the grinding belt runs at high speed. There is a gas-made pressure block on the back of the belt that can move up and down. The machined surface is brushed. The equipment usually used is a flat belt sander.

The flat-pressed steel wire drawing process is suitable for drawing metal and steel surfaces with small areas and planes, such as the drawing process of digital camera casings, the wire drawing process of mobile phone casings, and so on.

2. Centerless grinding and drawing process of steel

This is the way of wire drawing by means of centerless grinding. The abrasive products used are non-woven braid wheels or abrasive belts. Suitable for round tubular workpieces such as handle grips, etc. The thread pattern drawn in this way is usually a short thread pattern, and the length of the thread pattern is related to the rotational speed of the workpiece, the rotational speed of the abrasive product, and the abrasive product itself.

Third, the wide abrasive belt drawing process of steel

This drawing process is the most traditional drawing method, used for flat drawing, especially suitable for sheet metal processing. The abrasive belt rotates at a high speed, and the plate is polished and drawn by the conveyor belt through the abrasive belt. Usually, stainless steel plates, aluminum alloys, and other plates are made into semi-finished products of drawing, so as to be further made into products with plates as raw materials, such as stainless steel elevator wire drawing door panels, stainless steel plates, etc. Counter, aluminum alloy case, etc.

4. Roller brush wire drawing process of steel

The workpiece is conveyed by the conveyor belt through the non-woven roller brush, and the roller brush rotates at a high speed to draw the surface of the workpiece. During wire drawing, two methods of roller brush vibration and roller brush non-vibration can be used. At the same time, different processing speeds can be used to produce lines of different lengths. The vibration of the non-woven roller brush can produce very uniform discontinuous silk patterns (short filaments); the non-woven roller brush does not vibrate and can produce continuous silk patterns (long or straight filaments).
