First, we will promptly introduce new policies. The Ministry of Commerce has made a thorough investigation of the suggestions and demands put forward by local governments and enterprises, and is now seizing the opportunity to carry out a new round of policy research and evaluation, striving to introduce it as soon as possible, and form a "combination" with existing policies to maximize synergies. Second, we will accelerate the cultivation of new growth drivers. To the competitiveness of the industry, relying on the advantages of China's complete industrial base and complete manufacturing categories, expand the trade of raw materials, semi-finished products, parts and other intermediate goods. We will energize innovation and promote the development of new business forms and models such as cross-border e-commerce, bonded maintenance, and market procurement. We will give impetus to reform, formulate a catalogue of import and export goods of green and low-carbon products, accelerate the digitization of international trade documents, and promote the green development of trade and the digital transformation of the whole chain. Third, we will help open up new markets. We will continue to hold important exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and the Service Trade Fair, actively support enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions, continue to promote the convenience of cross-border business personnel exchanges, create more conditions for communication between enterprises, help enterprises better connect with the market and customers, and win more orders. Fourth, we will unleash new import potential. We will expand imports of high-quality consumer goods, advanced technologies, important equipment, and key parts and components, increase imports of energy and resource products and agricultural products in short supply at home, make good use of important exhibition platforms such as the CIIF, expand diversified import channels, improve the facilitation of import trade, and foster national innovation demonstration zones for promoting import trade.
