To deepen technical alignment and enhance customer experience, AOTIAN arranged a comprehensive plant tour covering the wire drawing line, heat treatment processes, pickling section, and quality laboratory. Throughout the visit, the customer noted our 5S implementation, clear visual management, orderly material placement, and standardized operations.
During the technical session, we showcased several grades of cold heading steel wire and carried out on-site performance testing in the lab. The results demonstrated stable properties and good consistency, which fully matched the customer's requirements.
Following the tour, both sides held productive discussions on the cooperation framework-covering specifications, delivery cadence, quality-control checkpoints, packaging/labeling, and after-sales support. The meeting concluded with a shared roadmap for next steps and a strong mutual commitment to moving forward. It was an efficient, rewarding afternoon for all.
