What is an internal combustion bolt wrench? And how to use it? I believe many people will be confused when they see this tool for the first time. The internal combustion bolt wrench belongs to the same category of tools as adjustable wrenches, torx wrenches, etc. It is a special tool suitable for daily maintenance and repair of railway lines. It is light and maneuverable, efficient and fast, has a simple structure, is easy to operate, is safe and reliable to use, and is an ideal working tool.
Understand how this tool works and you can use it better. First, the engine outputs rotational torque, and the rotational torque is reversed and decelerated through the transmission shaft, clutch, and bevel gear reversing reduction mechanism. The torque after reversal and deceleration is transmitted from the connecting shaft to the impact accelerating mechanism with the function of accumulating and accelerating devices, and then the nuts on the bolts are loosened and locked through the sleeves.
If you want to use the internal combustion bolt wrench normally, you should pay attention to the following points:
1. Check all parts of the machine to ensure they are in normal condition; check that the engine (according to the engine manual) should be in normal condition.
2. Place the shift handle in the 0 position (neutral), turn the engine a few times to ensure that all parts are well lubricated; start the engine to idle for a short time, and then adjust the throttle to make the engine run at medium speed.
3. At the same time, place the reversing handle from neutral to the required gear (forward or reverse), lift the operating handle, and put the sleeve on the sleeper nut. Rotate the clutch handle, pull the clutch to engage, and the sleeve starts to work. When the sleeper nut is loosened or locked according to the required technical requirements, release the clutch handle, the clutch automatically resets (i.e., disengaged state), and the sleeve stops working, which completes the entire process of loosening or locking a sleeper bolt.
4. When stopping work, put the handle in the neutral position, relax the accelerator, and shut down the engine.
5. Keep the bevel gear reduction and reversing mechanism, check and add grease once every 48 hours of operation; check the lubricating oil of the booster once a month.
Although the internal combustion bolt wrench is not very common, it can be a useful tool. Using new tools requires a process of learning and adaptation. I hope everyone can master how to use them and bring more convenience to their work.
