Diameter check: Diameter is a very important parameter of steel wire rope. By measuring the diameter, it can reflect the changing speed of the diameter, whether the steel wire rope has received too much impact load, whether the strand tension is uniform during twisting, and whether the rope core maintains sufficient support capacity for the strand.
Lubrication inspection: Under normal circumstances, most of the new factory wire ropes have been lubricated during production, but during the use process, the loss of lubricating grease will be reduced. In view of the fact that lubrication can not only protect the steel wire rope from corrosion during transportation and storage, but also can reduce the friction between the steel wire, between the strands and between the wire rope and the matching wheel groove during the use of the wire rope, which is very beneficial to prolong the service life of the wire rope. Therefore, in order to reduce the harm of corrosion and friction to the steel wire rope to a low level, it is necessary to conduct a lubrication inspection.
