The Commercial Secret Protection Alliance of the Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Association was established —— Joint prevention and governance to break the deadlock, innovation protection to promote upgrading.

On June 6, initiated by the Zhenhai District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, organized by the District Fastener Industry Association, and jointly built with key enterprises in the region, the "Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Business Secret Protection Alliance" was officially inaugurated. Deputy Director Sheng Weigang of the Zhenhai District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau presided over the event, Secretary-General Xiang Wei of the association introduced the work of the business secret demonstration station, and Director Pan Ningna of the Price Supervision and Management and Anti-Unfair Competition Division of the Ningbo Market Supervision and Administration Bureau explained the significant importance of establishing the alliance and conducted the unveiling ceremony, marking the opening of a new chapter in collaborative development in the field of commercial secret protection for the Zhenhai District fastener industry. As an important base for the national fastener industry, Zhenhai has a complete industrial chain covering raw material processing to high-end parts manufacturing, with products widely used in core areas such as automobiles and aerospace. However, with the intensification of industry competition, issues such as leakage of process parameters, loss of customer resources, and counterfeit infringement have become increasingly prominent. Some small and medium-sized enterprises face the risk of having their innovative results stolen due to insufficient protection awareness and weak technical means. In this context, the establishment of the protection alliance breaks the traditional model of "going it alone," building a security barrier for regional industrial upgrading through a mechanism of "industry joint defense and resource sharing." The alliance is committed to the principles of "industry self-discipline, technical escort, and resource sharing," focusing on three core tasks: First, constructing a risk prevention and control system, compiling the "Convention of the Zhenhai Fastener Industry Business Secret Protection Alliance," formulating industry protection standards, promoting collective signing by enterprises to implement protection processes standardization and cost optimization; Second, strengthening Joint rights protection collaboration, providing enterprises with "one-stop" services for infringement evidence collection and legal litigation, establishing a joint crackdown mechanism for cross-regional infringement behaviors; Third, deepening policy empowerment, regularly conducting policy interpretation and case analysis to promote enterprises' transformation from "passive defense" to "active management." The person in charge of the Zhenhai District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau stated that the establishment of the alliance is an important practice in implementing the "Guidelines for Commercial Secret Protection in Zhejiang Province," which will effectively enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. At the founding conference, the three major sections of "signing the convention, unveiling and awarding plaques, and policy interpretation" were successively launched, promoting the efficient operation of the alliance with practical measures. "A screw carries more than 40 years of technological sedimentation in Zhenhai, and the establishment of the alliance aims to transform the great wisdom behind these 'small parts' into market competitiveness," said relevant persons in charge of the Zhenhai District Fastener Industry Association. They added that in the future, they will continue to gather all parties' strength to safeguard enterprise development and promote high-quality sustainable development of the industry.
