Introduction：
SWCH10A is a commonly used steel for the production of 4.8~6.8 fasteners and non-standard parts. The products have the advantages of stable composition, low harmful elements, high purity of steel, high surface quality, high geometric accuracy, low cracking rate during cold forming, and usually do not need heat treatment.
SWCH10A is made of wire wire by annealing and cold processing, and its physical properties are: tensile strength ≥290MPa; Section shrinkage ≥55% (≥50% when diameter >20mm); Strength ≤80HRB.
Appearance inspection：
The appearance of SWCH10A should be free of cracks, sand holes, scratches, rust and other defects. The surface should be smooth and flat, and there should be no obvious protrusion or settlement.
Dimensional tolerance:
The dimensional tolerances of SWCH10A shall conform to the range specified in JIS G3539 standard. For cold drawn products with a diameter less than or equal to 3mm, the tolerance should be plus or minus 0.02mm; For cold products with a diameter greater than 3mm, the tolerance should be plus or minus 0.03mm.
