When the train runs in the section of the small radius curve (R=250m), the rail is subjected to various forces, and some elastic supports must be strengthened in the direction of these forces to prevent the rail from moving on the sleeper, tipping over and expanding the gauge, etc. These elastic supports usually use gauge rods and rail braces.
Technical states In the small radius curve section, the technical states of six strengthening components are set to strengthen the lateral stiffness of the track. The following states are described respectively: standard strengthening state, that is, 18 gauge tie rods are laid between 25 meters of rail, and 18 pairs of rail support. State 2:1 gauge tie rod fails continuously, that is, 9 gauge tie rods are laid between 25 meters of rail, and 18 pairs of rail support. State 3:2 consecutive gauge tie rods fail, that is, 6 gauge tie rods are laid between 25 meters of rail, and 18 pairs of rail support. State 4:3 consecutive failure of the gauge connection rod, that is, 5 gauge tie rods laid between 25 meters of rail, and 18 pairs of rail support. State 5:1 pair of rail support failed continuously, that is, 18 gauge tie rods were laid between 25 meters rail bars, and 9 pairs of rail support. State six: 1 pair of rail brace continuous failure, 1 consecutive gauge tie rod failure, that is, 9 gauge tie rods laid between 25 meters of rail, 9 pairs of rail support.
In the small radius curve area, it is necessary to strengthen the track structure in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the track structure. From the point of view of safety, the safety factor can reach 1.5 when the strengthened state reaches the state, and the driving safety is guaranteed. However, with the failure of the reinforced parts, the safety of the rail tipping factor decreases, reaching a minimum of 1.06. In order to ensure driving safety, it is recommended to set the safety factor at 1.15. If the state one is used as the standard strengthening state, the maintenance standard is recommended as follows: (1) The continuous failure of the rail brace shall not exceed 1 pair. (2) The continuous failure of the gauge tie rod shall not exceed 2. (3) The failure of rail support and tie rod shall not occur simultaneously between 6 sleepers. On the premise of calculating and analyzing the stability coefficient of rail tipping in small radius curve section, the maintenance standard of curve strengthening equipment is proposed by setting different strengthening technical states.
