We have advanced production equipment such as cold heading machine, thread-rolling machine, self-drilling screw forming machine, screw washer assembling machine and automatic multi-station cold heading machine (with six dies). And have advanced inspection equipment as follows: measuring projector, 3D coordinate measuring machine, salt spray tester, drilling speed machine, stiffness tester, torque tester and other standard measuring instruments.
Production Process
Process 1:
wire→Cold heading→forming→thread-rolling→annealing→surface treatment→packing and shipment
Process 2:
wire→Cold heading→thread-rolling→annealing→surface treatment→packing and shipment
Process 3:
wire→Cold heading→point cutting→annealing→surface treatment→packing and shipment

Q3. How long is your delivery time?
A3: For products in stock, we can ship it within 7 days after receive payment.
For custom order, within 24 tons, production time is 20-35 days after confirmed every details.
Q4. What is your payment?
A4: 100% through T/T. 30% value of T/T in advance and other 70% balance on B/L copy.
For small order less than 1000USD, would suggest you pay 100% in advance to reduce the bank charges.
Q5.Can you provide a sample?
A5: Sure, Our sample is provided free of charge, not including courier fees.
