Quality Control
We have advanced inspection equipment to carry things out strictly according to the IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes. Also, our technical staff will record all data of mechanical properties for the finished wire and make quality guarantee certificates to customers. That's our commitment to the quality of our products.
We adopt the high-purity nitrogen protection method, which can do quick heat conduction, even heating, and high productivity. After annealing, the hardness and tensile strength are steady, the organization spheroidizing rate is high and grain size is uniform and without oxidation and decarburization, the surface of the wire is smooth.
We use phosphoric acid and soap lubricant from Taiwan. In the production line, we use the timer to control the soaking time of each pharmaceutical pool.
FAQ
1. What are your paying terms?
Our usual paying terms are 30%TT as a deposit and the balance paid before shipping. Besides we do business also under D/P and LC terms.
2. How long is your delivery time?
For the goods we have in stock, we deliver the goods within 5~10days. If it is a production order, the delivery time will usually be within 20 days after sealing the contract.
3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity?
Shall it is a production order, the MOQ is 1tons. Please be noted price based on MOQ will be slightly higher than the FCL condition due to higher unit cost.
4. Before cooperation we want a sample for inspecting of quality, is that okay?
We can provide a free sample for you, you only need to pay the express charge.
5. What is the mode of transportation?
Ocean freight is the most important shipping way, and we choose the shipping line based on the soonest and earliest shipping time, rather than cheaper cost; or we follow clients' instructions if there is one. Also, railways will be chosen by us when it is more convenient. For samples and papers, the transportation will be by air.
