Cold Drawn Hard Iron Wire SAE1006 is a kind of low carbon steel material,with high elongation, smooth surface, mirror effect, thickness standard, flat shape, rust resistance and other characteristics, suitable for all kinds of metal stamping tensile, good performance. Such as lighting, fans, smoking machine, VCD machine enclosure, motorcycle oil tank, rice cooker, etc.
Quality Control
We have advanced inspection equipments so that to carry things out strictly according to the IQC,IPQC and OQC process. Also, our technical staff will record all data of mechanical properties for the finished wire and make quality guarantee certificate to customers. That's our commitment to the quality of our products.
We adopt the high purity nitrogen protection method, which can do the quick heat conduction,even heating and high productivity .After annealing, the hardness and tensile strength are steady,organization spheroidizing rate is high and grain size is uniform and without oxidation and decarburization,the surface of wire is smooth.
We use the phosphoric acid and soap lubricant from Taiwan. In the production line, we use the timer to control the soaking time of each pharmaceutical pool.
